Why choose this eco-volunteering program?

This volunteer program allows you to join a local wildlife rehabilitation centre in South Africa. The centre has been existed for more than 30 years and continues to take care of injured animals arriving on a daily basis.

Every year, more than 3000 animals arrive wounded or orphaned and are treated and released in safe areas, far from human activity.

The centre also participates in raising public awareness of the various animals present in this region and the problems they encounter with human presence.

The centre is a member of the International Wildlife Rehabilitation Council (IWRC) and holds the necessary permits to care for the various animals.
